A Wedding

There was a wedding in our family yesterday! My oldest daughter, Missy, got married! It was a really nice small wedding at the court house in Vancouver. Afterward we went to The Nines Hotel in Portland for a small reception. The hotel was beautiful and we were in the restaurant on the 15th floor. You could see all the lights of Portland and it was just breathtaking! I snapped a few pictures but a friend of Missy and Sammy's took lots of pictures. As soon as we get them I will post more.

Here are my two girls - Stephany and Missy. They are so pretty!

And here's my handsome grandson Christien (Missy's son) and Stephany. Isn't he just the cutest thing in his tuxedo?

What a BEAUTIFUL bride, Kay! Both your daughters are lovely. And such a handsome grandson...

I have two weddings to get ready for this year. My only child in August and one of my step-daughters in October. Going to be very, very busy!

Have a GREAT week.

How wonderful..the girls look beautiful and your grandson is a cutie for sure! I love family weddings...sure wish one or both of my oldest boys would get married soon (oldest one is engaged...for a long time) so I could enjoy that!

Congratulations to the Newlyweds. Missy is just beaming. I love weddings...it is the beginning of so many wonderful possibilities.

I hope our rainy weather stayed away for your celebration. I agree the Portland lights are beautiful at night.
We had a dinner after my son and DIL's wedding at the Quay on the WA side. The Columbia River views were gorgeous. I feel so fortunate to be surrounded by so much beauty.
I look forward to seeing more photos of your lovely family.

Sweet wishes,
Sara
