Our First Meal In Utah

The first town we stopped in once we crossed into Utah was Snowville. I had to fill up the car and then we decided to eat lunch. I looked down the street and saw Mollie's Cafe! It was just too cute. It was one of those places that you could just tell had great food. The inside was all done in red and white and had red stools at the counter. The kids both said they'd never been a restaurant like that before. I explained to them that growing up in IL it 's about the only type of restaurant to eat in - at least that was the case in the 50's and 60's.

The food was excellent!!

What a great find! I watch this show on Food Network called'Diners, Drive-ins and Dives'. The host is always going to these little out of the way placesand discovering fabulous food! Looks like you found a good one there in Utah!
Good luck with the move. Everyone deserves a fresh start.

That diner looks adorable. Hey! I didn't know there was a Hobby Lobby up there!!! I don't get north of Orem very often.

I can't believe you stopped at Mollies in Snowville, UT!!!! Our family stoppped there last summer while on vacation! WOW! What a small world. From your photo it looks like you all had better weather the day you stopped than we had on the day we stopped - it was cold(about 45 degrees) and rainy.
Your little patio garden is adorable.

Looks like you are going to end up loving it there.

It's nice to hear you are settling in quite well.

In a few weeks your new little garden will be big and providing you with lots of fun.

Hugs,
Joanne

I'll bet they even had milkshakes too, didn't they?
I think old diners like that are so neat...
