Monday night about 11 my gall bladder said "enough is enough." I went to the ER, was admitted and had surgery last night at 6. I just got home from the hospital and am doing pretty good. I was lucky that the doctor was able to do laproscopic surgery so I only have 4 small incisions. My tummy is very sore and I'm not getting around very well. But I'm so glad that this is finally over and I'm home to sleep in my own bed tonight. And I'm able to eat solid food which tastes so good! Thank you to everyone who has been praying. I'll update again in a couple of days.

Oh my gosh Kay...I am so thankful that it all went okay! Isn't it nice to be home? I will sure pray for a speedy recovery for you. My mom had this same surgery a few years back and felt so much better after having had it! I will pray that it all goes quick and smooth for you! Get the rest you need!

Glad you are feeling ok and able to sleep in your own bed. My MIL had hers taken out about 2 months ago and is doing great too. Here's to a speedy recovery!!
